Azmarino is a small, independent fashion shop run from Luxembourg with a community in Eritrea. We translate, photograph, and curate every piece ourselves — no algorithm-only catalogue, no inflated luxury markups, no fast-fashion plastic. Just well-made clothes at honest prices.

What we do
We sell clothing, shoes, bags, jewellery, and accessories — curated by a small team in Luxembourg with an eye for honest prices. The catalogue is built around well-made pieces at an impulse-buy price band, so the typical Azmarino order is something you didn't plan to buy and absolutely had to have.
Customer service stays entirely with us. Refunds, returns, warranty, complaints — every customer touchpoint runs through Azmarino directly. The privacy and shipping pages spell out what data we share with our delivery network to get the parcel to you.
Four languages, one shop
Azmarino was built multilingually from day one. The site and app speak English, ትግርኛ (Tigrinya), አማርኛ (Amharic), and العربية (Arabic) — switch language any time from your profile and the entire interface, including our AI shopping assistant Sara, follows along. Arabic is rendered right-to-left throughout the app.
How we ship
Worldwide, with full tracking. Azmarino is the seller of every order placed on this site and your sole point of contact. Returns are handled in-house under the EU 14-day right of withdrawal. See Shipping and Returns & Refunds for the full breakdown.
Sara, our AI assistant
Sara is our in-house AI shopping assistant. She helps with sizing, finding things, order status, and general questions. She is built on Google Gemini, scoped to talk only about Azmarino, and she hands off to a human whenever the question needs one. Sara never asks for your card number.
