01Where we ship
We currently ship to all 27 EU member states, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, and Australia. Other destinations can sometimes be arranged on request — email support@azmarino.online.

Customs duties for non-EU destinations are charged by the receiving country and are not included in our shipping fee.
03Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. As soon as the courier scans the parcel you receive an email with the number and a link. Signed-in customers can also track from My Orders. Guest checkouts can use the track-by-email page.
04Delays
Estimated delivery is in working days and excludes weekends, public holidays, and customs hold-ups. If your parcel hasn’t moved for 5+ business days, email support@azmarino.online and we will open an investigation with the courier and either reship or refund.
